What information should I provide after booking?
A guest list with names, room preferences, dietary restrictions, and arrival details
When should I send my final rooming list?
At least two weeks before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Can I request changes to the retreat schedule after booking?
Yes! We are flexible and happy to adjust where possible—just give us as much notice as you can.
How do I communicate important details to my guests?
We’ll provide a welcome email template with everything they need to know.
How do I arrange airport transfers for my group?
Send us the flight details at least one week before arrival, and we’ll coordinate pickups.
Can I request special meals for my group?
Absolutely! Let us know about any allergies or preferences in advance.
How do I organize excursions and add-on experiences?
We recommend pre-booking activities like cenote visits, Mayan clay meditation, or Temazcal before arrival to ensure availability.
What happens if a guest cancels last minute?
Our cancellation policy applies, but we’ll work with you on possible solutions.
Can I arrive early or stay longer?
Yes! If space allows, you and your guests can extend your stay at a special rate.
How can I customize my retreat experience?
We can help with special touches like welcome drinks, private dinners, bonfires, or unique ceremonies—just ask!
What if I need additional yoga props or equipment?
We provide mats, blocks, and straps, but let us know if you need extras.
Who do I contact for last-minute requests or questions?

Garden Room
Lovely king room in the garden, garden view, king bed, and everything you need to be comfortable if you are looking to have a private room.
Casa Shanti (limited availability)
We are located on the ground floor below our Grande Yoga Shala. This house is made up of 3 ( garden dbl ) and 3 ( garden king ) A great option to add on to your room block as you have shared living room space as well.
Garden Basic
Our most economical basic room, it comes with a queen bed, private bathrooms and closet. These rooms are towards the back of the property.
Triple
A large room is set up for sharing. Each person has little space while sharing a large room with 2 other yogis. Rooms do not have a beach view and are slightly back in the property, but they are comfortable and pleasant.
Room Assignments: Share your final rooming list with us in advance, and we'll handle the rest.
Special Touches: Bonfires, welcome drinks, or custom experiences—we love helping you add personal touches to your retreat.

Rooms must be filled to capacity. If no roommate is found for shared room, the guest will be placed in a private room and the guest will be required to pay the difference.

No shared options are only offered on rooms with king beds or two beds.

Depending on how many classes you include, the range is from $100 usd $150 per night per person.

Any cancellation from your attendees after your final payment due date, 3 weeks to your start date, two nights will be charged according to the occupancy type of the booking. For any cancellation with less than 3 weeks to your start date, there is no refund, nor is it transferable.

We are happy to currate the room list based on availbility. If you think you will sell more one room type over another let us know and we will do our best to ensure that you have the correct inventory.

With 15 paying guests, we include a basic garden room for the teacher. This is for one teacher. If you have 25 paying guests, we can provide a shared garden room or an additional basic garden. You can upgrade for a fee if you wish.

If you have a student would like to bring a partner or friend who would not participate in the program but just share your same room and have meals with you, we have a special rate of $130 plus tax with meals included

To have a child in the room, the parent would need to be in a private room if the parent is alone, and there will be an extra charge of $25/day for a baby under two years old, $50/day for 3-7 years and $75/day per day for children 8-12 years old. If you would like to add children to a person's room, make a note in their reservation.
If a parent would like to use a room with two beds as a private room for themselves and a child, for example, they would pay the private rate of that room type .example, a double room would cost out as a semi-private, and a beachfront double would cost out as a beachfront king.
If it is a couple with two kids, they could book a double room, pay the per-person rate for two adults, and then add on the kid's fee. Alternatively, they could do a larger family room with an extra bed in the room, and it would be $220 per adult and then the kid's fee. -
If you have less than 15 people, we will respect the group rate, but you will have to pay for your room.

The 25 usd per person per day is for the included meals. This does not include a tip for tour guides, massage therapists or cleaning staff. Please encourage your guests to bring small bills to tip our bag handlers, and other services. Tipping is customary in Mexico with a rate of minmum of 10 -20 % .
