Comfortable shoes for walking, biking, or workouts
Several sets of workout clothes
Hat or visor for sun protection
Sunscreen & bug spray
Light jacket or sweater for cooler mornings/evenings (Dec–Apr)
Small backpack for day trips
Journal & pen
Casual, comfortable clothing
Boho Beach dresses for dinner
if you do not have any we have a great boutique onsite
We provide yoga mats, blocks, and straps — however, if you’re particular about your mat, bring your own.
Extras
Cocktails and wine available for purchase ($12 each)
Optional massages or private training sessions ($95/hour)
Gratuities
There is a basic tip already included in your stay, but we recommend bringing extra cash if you’d like to personally thank our wonderful team. Tips are always appreciated by our drivers, bus boys, cleaning staff, spa therapists, and tour guides, especially if you join any excursions or book bodywork sessions.
Our staff works with so much heart — you’ll truly love the warmth of our team. At the end of your stay, your teacher will receive an envelope to collect a shared tip for the restaurant and service crew. Even $20 per guest goes a long way and makes a meaningful difference for those who help make your experience so special.
What Not to Bring
Unnecessary valuables
Power converters (not needed unless traveling from Europe)
