If you prefer to relax at a Tulum beach club with pool access, cocktail in hand, while enjoying those dreamy ocean views, this guide is for you. From boutique stays to luxury resorts, every Tulum hotel with pool options offers the perfect mix of comfort and tropical charm.
Whether you’re searching for a tranquil escape for yoga and wellness, a social spot for drinks, or a scenic Tulum rooftop pool with panoramic views, these are the 10 best pools in Tulum that promise a refreshing experience under the Mexican sun.
Amansala
Amansala is one of the best beach clubs Tulum Mexico has to offer. The pool is situated next to the restaurant and overlooks the sea. It’s a great spot to hang, work remotely, or pop in for a Mayan massage or yoga class.
Hotel Panamera Tulum.
Panamera is a boutique beach club Tulum and never gets crazy busy like some of the other hotels. The pool is beautiful - from its checkered floors to striped bed cushions.
Habitas Tulum, Mexico.
Habitas’ pool is very tiny, and usually reserved for hotel guests only, but I’ve never stayed there yet spent many days at their pool. It’s a a tiny platform with palm trees and a handful of daybeds and poufs. Their food is also delicious.
Hotel Bardo Tulum.
If you find yourself in town, definitely check out Hotel Bardo. A lot of my friends like to work remotely from here.
Casa Malca
This is on the list more as a “must-see.” Casa Malca is rumored to be the pablo escobar pool. in Tulum There is a secret pool between the hotel and the beach – it’s underground and not one to go to for catching sun, but definitely something to check out.
Here are a few additional pools that are also worth checking out:
Nômade. Only available to hotel guests, but you may be able to go for a dip if you are hanging at their beach.
Layla. This newer boutique hotel has a rooftop pool. You will question if you are in Tulum or Morocco.
Be Tulum. Be is a great place to spend a day at the beach, but if you are looking for a pool, they have many. One even has glass siding that is worth checking out if you are looking for cool Instagram pics.
Papaya Playa Project. If you are looking to stay at PPP, some villas have their pools.
Also, cenotes are technically freshwater pools! If you want to spend a day out of the Hotel Zone or town, bring a towel and hang at a cenote for the day.
