Our culinary team at Amansala, is led by a group of talented local chefs, who prepare all meals based on our philosophy of “from the earth to your plate”.We strive to use only the freshest local ingredients, including organic herbs, fruits, vegetables, and we avoid preservatives and processed foods.  All our meals are moderate in calories, high in fiber and are full of valuable nutrients and lots of natural  flavor.
