TRANSPORTATION

We can arrange for a driver to pick you up from the Cancun airport. The rate is $135 payable in cash to the driver for the ride from the airport to Amansala and $100.00 cash to the driver for the ride from Amansala to the airport. If other guests are arriving around the same time as you, we can arrange for you to share the ride and the cost to/from Amansala. US dollars are accepted all throughout the region.

CANCELATION POLICY

I have read and agree to the above conditions and authorize AMANSALA to charge my credit card in and to secure my reservation, and I understand that $500.00 of this payment is non-refundable. I understand 10% tax and 7% service will be added to my total. Please process my payment in order to confirm my reservation.

Full payment is required to secure your reservation, of which $500.00 is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 10 days or less of arrival are 100% non refundable. In case of an emergency we will do our best to apply your payment towards future travel with Amansala.

AMANSALA, INC., their employees, subsidiaries and affiliates, does not own or operate any entity which provides goods or services for your trip including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, food service providers, equipment suppliers, etc. As a result, AMANSALA is not liable for any negligent or willful act of any other third party.

I hereby agree to be responsible for my own welfare and accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, inconvenience, illness, injury, emotional trauma or death.

I hereby release and discharge AMANSALA from and against any and all liability from my participation in the trip. I agree that this release shall be legally binding upon me personally and all members of my family.

NOTICE

In case of cancellation due to a natural disaster, such as a hurricane, all payments will be applied to a future retreat/stay at Amansala or Casa Magna, to be scheduled within one year of cancelled retreat/stay. There are no refunds for natural disasters. Credit only.
